Pregnancy can cause mixed emotions:
Firstly, mixed emotions in pregnancy are totally normal. Whether the pregnancy is planned or not, it’s totally normal to feel a little unsteady as you enter a new chapter of your lives. You may go from excited and to happy, to worried and sad; and this cycle can repeat many times over. Pregnancy hormones estrogen and progesterone have additional parts to play, especially in the first trimester.
Like I said, this is a new chapter and change can cause worry and anxiety. (For more information on what happens in the 1st Trimester, have a look at Daisyscan's Let’s Journey Together Through the Trimesters! blog

Women find it helpful to share a problem with good friends, this often gives huge relieve and realisation that you are not alone. Forums can be good, but its important to go to reputable websites for facts. Professionals are good way to off load worries and answer the questions, that unanswered can cause concern.
